Finished Painting

Here's the painting of the war machine, it was done in cel vinyl and measures about 8x10. When I did the research for the general store in the background, I found alot of photos with random people standing off to the side of the picture's subject, that's why I added the farmer. He happened to be at the store when the machine was photographed and just ended up in the shot. Next up I'm going to do a couple of underwater machines, stay tuned.

Excellent! Great idea too. You know there's actually stuff out there like this that exists. Hey Israel, I saw that you have work up at the Unicorn show. Congrats!!!

Nice going IO, the finished piece came out much like your mock. I really dig this idea, and it is a fun way to pice random stuff together. Can't wait to see your stuff at the show.

Finally had a nanosecond to browse some of y'all's blogs, and love this -- it also reminds me of a photo I shot (caught? captured? "shot" sounds so DOA.)

Pardon me breaking the URL, had to avoid it being cropped.

Thanks for sharing all the massively cool and well-wrought stuff I found here!
